The List Planning Process
The following steps are involved in the planning process:
- Through discussions with clients, reviews of prior acquisition results by list, prior m/p reports and offers/packages, we develop a set of assumptions enabling us to forecast response, payment, average gift, and ROI.
- Assumptions are based on factors including seasonality variances, test-to-continuation volume, changes in package or offer, repeat vs. first time response, etc.
- Creation of detailed audience development plans with forecasted results including P&L/ROI rankings.
